David Sattler, CEO

David Sattler earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1985. He specialized in thermodynamics and heat transfer as well as practical applications. These applications included: Energy Systems and Design and Management including Power Generation.

His vast work experience began as a Junior Engineer at Bekjord Power Plant, a coal fired power plant from 1981 to 1985. He was a Contractor of BMS installations for Staefa Control System where he designed, did project management, installing, and writing code from 1987 to 1995, Next he Designed and Project Managed HVAC Projects doing Consulting Engineering. This entailed, electrical, plumbing, fire and HVAC design and their project management from 1995 to1997. Additionally, he did Consulting engineering from 1997 to 2013 as owner of Sattler Consulting doing BMS, HVAC, Energy, and Procurement for various large clients’ portfolios. Finally, from 2017 to present David has worked as National Energy Manager ($1.2 B Utilizes) at Cushman and Wakefield’s Verizon Account, designing over $370M of Energy conservation measures for the client.

David has accomplished many other work experiences:

 1)Repeated Nicola Tesla’s design of pulling Energy out of the Earth.

 2) He was Engineering Consultant at Vortex Hydroelectric. Testing conducted was present to university for continued research. Further he helped design and implement trials in Murray River in Australia (Kouris Power).

3) David developed the world’s most efficient air conditioner 10 times more efficient then on the current market. Received Australian government funding for further development. 

4) Assisted in the development of existing batch process Hydrogen Production. Latest testing showed the byproduct can be modified and used as raw feed therefore it can be a closed loop Hydrogen Production at $0.20/kg., or the byproduct can be used as a saleable product.

 5) Designed a Vortex Solar Wind Tower – 20 times more efficient than present designs and uses no solar panels or thermal conversion technologies. Simple and cost effective.
